Description

The project resulted in beautifully open, bright, generous spaces, created within an ensemble of 19th-century buildings endowed with a strong patina. No longer enclosed, these open spaces now communicate visually with each other, and curves have been used in the communal areas for flexibility, concentrating traffic into a central aisle that puts collaborative spaces back at the centre. Dialogue is offering work and communication spaces that are perfectly suited to today’s new ways of working.

Statement of the jury

The modern interior harmonises perfectly with the historic architectural fabric, which was opened up in an intelligent way for this purpose, in order to create an overall more generous spatial impression. A balanced mixture of office and puristic residential elegance that holds out the promise of a pleasant working atmosphere.
