Description

»Patio Housing« is an urban regeneration project, which provides the replacement of a garage with a residential building composed of three independent units overlooking private patios. This choice allows creating a building with an urban character, which is able, at the same time, to give each unit an intimate dimension. The patio is the dominant space around which domestic life is organized, as well as internal circulation and returns also as a natural extension of the domestic environment.
