EXPO austrian pavilion

Description

Connecting minds, Creating the Future - the slogan of the EXPO in Dubai. The »Austrian pavilion« offers space to enter into a multicultural dialogue about sustainable future. The pavilion is inspired by wind towers and climate-regulating properties of Arab clay architecture. Re-interpreting these building traditions, thirty-eight intersecting cones of different heights form the iconic shape of the pavilion. Arranged around three green courtyards, unique room sequences with different atmospheres are created.
