Description

Autarq GmbH is a climate tech pioneer for solar roof tiles. The miniaturized PV module, including a proprietary wiring harness, enables a plug-and-play installable BIPV system that operates in parallel in safety extra-low voltage. The resulting system features allow for aesthetic, safe, flexible and easy installation.

Statement of the jury

The solar tiles offered by autarq replace classic roof tiles, which means that the impact on the building architecture is very low compared to large PV solar panels. At the same time, the system not only enables efficient use of the roof area, but also the replacement of individual PV modules.
