Waldmann – Born to create natural light

»At light + building 2018« Waldmann presents innovative biodynamic light solutions, emphasising at the same time the company’s values and origin. The use of wood as a material refers to the Black Forest and to natural light. Visitors are able to experience biodynamic light in three themed spaces where the light changes according to the time of day. Narrow ribbon windows provide information and films, and create an eventful yet aesthetic contrast to the calm style of the architecture.

Statement of the jury

The contemporary wood architecture of the trade show stand combined with digital media technology creates a contemporary atmosphere. The minimalistic, animated info-graphics on the narrow video bands not only form a lovely contrast to the wood, but express the core values of the company in an appealing manner.
