Jávri Lodge

Description

Jávri Lodge is a boutique hotel situated right on the border of the wilderness in Saariselkä, Finnish Lapland. In 2017 the Lodge was expanded to include a new main entrance, dining hall and four new hotel rooms – with three copper-clad buildings in front of and on top of the old building. The guests of Jávri Lodge spend their days in various outdoor activities. That’s why the hotel is designed to function as a warm and cosy refuge after a long day in the wilderness.

Statement of the jury

The hotel looks high quality, modern and inviting inside and out. The large window fronts of the rooms not only offer a fantastic view of the surrounding nature but also the northern lights.
