YNL DESIGN has developed a unique and sophisticated high-end brand identity based on the inspiration from the concept of the Modern Contemporary Restaurant for Eminent. The minimal wordmark in sanserif typeface, which shakes off the conventional classic atmosphere, creates moderate and refined emotions while blending into the contemporary dining concept. Letter »M« in EMINENT was combined with letter »W« to develop a unique wordmark that hides the word »WINE«.
Statement of the jury
In the minimalistic design of the word mark, the letter M stands out distinctively and makes the text unmistakable. The M is reminiscent of a bow tie from elegant evening wear and therefore underscores the focus on high-end gastronomy. The business cards and food and drinks menus take up the M and the colours reflect the high-end materials in the fine interior.
