Description

Värmen is a flagship restaurant in Tokyo Midtown Hibiya with all the hallmarks of the French Bistro Äta and the Cave d’Occi Winery. Värmen is a Swedish word meaning »to give off heat«. Heat from cooking, heat from craftsmen and heat from customers. There is also a seafood raw bar that is conscious of Spain and the south of France providing tapas, pinchos, etc. It is a vibrant space where you can fully enjoy fresh seafood dishes and Cave d’Occi wine from all over Japan, including Niigata.
