Neoklasika has created a human-scale microcosm for over 3,000 employees. The dynamic, ever-growing nature of the company drew metaphorical parallels of a beehive. The structural basis of the beehive – a hexagon honeycomb – was set as the leading motif for the concept symbolising equality, growth and balance. The interior encourages a sense of community ranging from furniture finishes and flooring materials for each floor to collaborations with local artists and custom-made prints for upholstery.

The differently designed areas make for variety and emphasise the creativity of the approach. The open space concept combines with the interior to produce a refreshingly youthful and dynamic effect, while also promoting a sense of community and providing a good setting for a pleasant working atmosphere.
