Norlan Whisky Glass

Description

Inspired by nature, digitally crafted and meticulously refined by a master distiller, the Norlan Whisky Glass was designed to capture whisky’s complex flavours and aromatics, delivering them to the senses like never before. With the aid of specially developed protrusion forms inside the glass, whisky swirled within the bowl forms a standing wave shape, increasing the surface to air ratio and oxidisation rate, reducing the presence of ethanol for more expressive aromas.

Statement of the jury

The special design of the surface on the inside of the glass promises optimal development of the whisky aromas. The glass itself also sits comfortably in the hand. The distinctive base was also well executed and forms an interesting contrast to the round body.
