Description

Kowloon Bay Centre is located along the Yangjia Bay waterfront of the new Weihai CBD in China, with a total area of 306,000 sqm, providing a world-class hotel, banquet, office, residential, F&B and retail spaces. The developer aims to define a new civic focal point by creating a 280 m tall tower to act as an anchor of the city. On ground level, an open-air retail shopping street and F&B destination is created to activate footfall to the development.
