131 Brand Identity Design

Description

131 is a music label composed mainly of a Korean K-pop singer 'BI'. 131 wanted to expand the definition of brand, into capturing the various stories of their colleagues, artists, and staff who make label together. We set the core concept to 'B-CUT'. We represent the underlying concept with a form of 'inside-out' representation to symbolize the B-CUT behind the A-CUT. The main star-shaped graphic is a key symbol that presents the B-CUT. The logo expressed the concept of B-CUT by flipping ‘3’ of ‘131’. The completed brand application was created with the motif of 'musical inspirations on a daily basis'.
